Our usual routine of kicking it at The Warehouse, the bar/restaraunt owned by Dave's pal, Jed...an expat that calls Cambodia (Siem Reap) his home. We have some bopping bayou music jamming in the background as tourists arrive from their travels to the temples or silk farm or walking treks, rice paddy watching, street children photographing, hangover sleeping, ... and here we are.
Dave's been hard at work doing shoots all around town for AsiaLife, a Cambodian magazine for expats and tourists. I've been lucky enough to tag along, learn a here and there about photography and pretend I'm someone worth having an opinion about this and that. Best dish green papaya with dried snake. Worst dish creamy crab risotto...we can equate that to a box of generic mac'n cheese with cheap white wine poured on top as an after thought.
Ok, more later ... it's time to find some dinner and learn how to upload photos to this thing.
